Portable Sun processes orders on a first-come, first-served basis. After payment is processed and your order is packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. *Don’t see that email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder!

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please call for a custom shipping rate! We can and do ship to these locations!

Freight Shipping
For in-stock products, standard processing times are 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on carrier availability and national shipping lanes, these can vary anywhere between 3 - 21 business days.

Freight services are available via Portable Sun for large and oversized orders. Orders are processed in a first come, first served basis. Standard processing times vary based on product availability.

Parcel Shipping
Estimated shipping times on single item, in-stock orders are 2 - 4 business days depending on position in the order queue. Actual delivery dates vary based on carrier.
